Thanks for following up. I contacted the plugin author and they told the weight based Paypal shipping is not available in the plugin.I am using the quantity based Paypal shipping now.

We have shopping cart and donate button in our website. For sending acknowledgement emails for donate button, we have setup the Paypal IPN.
But with respect to the shopping cart, we don’t fetch any information from Paypal.This is the shortcode I use. Here I don’t know what field I should add to pass weight information to Paypal.
