I’ve tried your code with no success, I upload 3 screens shot so you can see the CSS property that are not working (background should be black, and line to separate the list yellow.

I’ve tried many of this things but results are all similar on Pingdom, GTmetrix or Page Insight :
The custom style.css from the childtheme always takes 6-7 seconds to load although it’s empty….Anything I can do ?
