If I use the browser’s inspect tool to simulate mobile devices, then the filter works perfectly, but on a real mobile phone, the filter doesn’t work. I still can’t understand why this is happening. I have tested it on different mobile phones from different people.

Do you have any idea why this is happening? and how can I solve it?

Thanks for your answer, what do you mean by “Preview Field”?
Is it a feature of the PRO option? because I don’t see that field in the normal option.
