Create another contact form and add that shortcode to a page. Then add at least one record using that new contact form and another db will be formed and will appear in the dropdown menu.
I can import a csv file but the date for all the records always shows as today’s date and jumbles all my records. I am matching the date format exactly and have tried different date variations but no luck. Anyone else figured this out yet?
