@maharshikush Will just try this trick….the one of prefixing the directory to the PHP file and see if that works.
BTW, @maharshikush & @threadi I really appreciate you guys taking out the time to guide me. You must have enough work of your own and taking out time is so nice of you both.
When I go to https://<my-domain>/ty_form.html the form shows up, I fill in the data and press ‘Submit’, it goes to https://<mydomain</ty.php but does not execute it. I have to press ‘Enter’ on the URL and then it displays “This page does not seem to exist. It looks like the link pointing here was faulty. Try searching?”
And, no, haven’t checked out the error log yet….will do it ASAP.
@maharshikush Yes, that was the first thing I tried….same issue.
@threadi Unfortunately, I dot, yet, have the expertise of developing a plugin….maybe some time in the future. When you said “Your target address from the form doesn’t seem right to me either. Just ty.php probably doesn’t target the file you have stored in /wp-content/“, what exactly seems off to you? The screenshot
