For me it works perfectly here and in another page you may have some other plugins that conflict with it.

I’m not sure if it’s the right place to ask my question, please let me know if I need to post it in other place.
If I add the TOC to my site’s pages sidebar does that provide ‘Jump To’ links to my content? or I need to add it to the page body?
