I see the name of the calculator listed in my list “Vacation Cost Calculator” but when I go to the settings all the form / fields are not there any longer. You’ll see on the webpage that it has a generic two fields and random title.

I fixed the issue. Must have been a syntax error because I tried adding
[attr style="width:150px"] again and it’s working.

I have weight (0.10 oz) on the items. And all categories have the correct countries. I went through each part of the faq’s listed by wp ecommerce.
