    I have found the solution….

    How to remove an inactive site?

    1. To remove a website, first switch to your Anti-Spam Dashboard or Security Dashboard.
    2. Click on the “Settings” line under your website name.
    3. Then click on the “Delete the service” link on the right side of the page.

    Thanks Nebu John,

    I successfully updated the GF form recreating the Checkbox-field & the Consent-field – both seem to work OK but I will go with the Consent-field.

    Please try configuring option values without any special characters.

    Can you please advise what special character you found?

    I have uploaded both Forms I am having issues with to the folder below:

    Both forms are currently working on the live site which is running FORMINATOR 1.17.2 however they are having similar errors on the recent versions 1.18 & 1.19.
    * forminator-2022-grand-final-burrendong-form-export.txt
    * forminator-2022-gfs-round-4-windamere-form-export.txt

    “Error: Your form is not valid, please fix the errors!” and the form scrolls down to the Terms and Conditions checkbox where there is another message “Selected value does not exist“.

    Hi Adam,

    I had already rolled back before your reply & it is working correctly on V1.17.1.

    The “Pre-fill Billing Details” option is currently disabled.

    I have exported the form Forminator Form

    I have tested using a “Listing Package” & that brings up the Direct Debit option but if I select a “Listing Subscription” there is no Direct Debit option at Checkout.

    I am wondering if this is a MyListing Theme issue?

    Thanks Phil,

    I have gone to Wordfence –> Scan –> Start New Scan & it ran successfully with everything ticked from Server State to User & Option Audit.

    The reason I started looking at this was because of an email I received from wordfence.

    To preserve the integrity of your website we are not running Wordfence auto-update.
    You are running the LiteSpeed web server which has been known to cause a problem with Wordfence auto-update.
    Please go to your website now and make a minor change to your .htaccess to fix this.

    So if everything is OK, I just need to manually update Wordfence instead of auto-update when updates become available?

    Hello again,

    I have just upgraded the plugin to the 1.15.9 version & all seems to be working fine. The fields all open & display as designed.

    Prior to upgrading the plugin, I re-saved all forms plus exported all forms just in case I needed to reload them but thankfully I didn’t need that step.
