Thank you for that—yes, we’re familiar with this process. My concern is that developers have a responsibility to ensure a product is properly tested before going live. In this case, the most basic compatibility tests would have shown the issues. I understand that using a “free” product often means we indirectly serve as their live beta testers, if this level of quality is what we can expect moving forward, it’s something we should seriously consider for future use.

Exactly, so we can just add these in the Product as variables, etc. I figured that out yesterday after I realized what the customer was really asking for 😉
