Hello Mrs. Janilyn T,
I cannot add a video and post it here due to privacy reasons. I have added screenshots. As previously mentioned, editing gallery variations does not work.
I’m having the same issue. Just received this 2 FA notification, or else I won’t be able to log in anymore. The thing is, I was never asked to provide an authentification key, despite the feature being enabled. What should I do? Should I turn off this option? This is a serious issue, if the plug in is blocking the access to the account.
Somehow the problem doesn’t appear anylonger. I can use really simple ssl with jetpack
Dear Mr. Remmy,
I can send you the details of the page privately, but I do not wish to public the site’s name.
Meanwhile I can confirm, that this bug it is not just chrome related, but all other browsers as well.
Further, under “storefront” as a theme and upon disabling all plugins, except woocommerce and woopayments, I can confirm (since this payment option was not tested before) that all instant googlepayments are getting a “request timeout” error, after the page is loading for quite a long time. There are no debug logs available. Only wp-image regeneration.
Following issues were observerd: there are no errors in the debug plugin. After one hour of attempts, on one occasion the window didn’t popped out blocking my screan, but, at the same time, when trying to use IN TEST MODE apple pay as a quick check out, the test mode wasn’t active, but my usual card was set as a payment method. I changed it to a card with not enough amount, to make sure I am not being charged, as such the order should have been denied. Despite this the order went through, but I wasn’t charged. The transaction does not even appear in my bank account as denied. I had to manually approved it with my phone, but it wasn’t rejected.
For one other attempt I rejected the payment, but the order still went through within the test mode.
Both times were registered as the order being completed and appear under my orders. One error was saved under logs, saying: Remote logging throttled.
Whenever I try to access through my dashboard those two orders made via Apple Pay, I get following error:
There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. If you continue to have problems, please try the support forums.
Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.
I don’t get the same error when I turn on my original theme. It’s only within storefront.
I turned on developer tool in my browser and these were some of the warnings received:

The screenshots provided were from different attempts.
Eitherway, it seems to be a problem with instant payment and woocommerce. I don’t know if it is related, but it crossed my mind – I have stripe payments activated. Despite this, stripe does not appear in the check out form. I disabled stripe and I did not received the “request timeout” error anymore in the browsers, but the payment window under chrome browser still opens up blocking the entire screen, making it impossible to use it under chrome.
The test orders made, no matter if with instant payments, or “normal” checkout appear under “processing” tab in the order section of woocommerce and whenever I try to access them, I get the same site error mentioned previously. The only option is to delete them without seeing the details.

Dear Mr. Wombat Plugins,
Thank you for your reply.
At this moment all reported issues have dissapeared. You were correct, I was not aware over the settings mentioned (backend, frontend), but at the time the error reported occured, I had one product that was chosen, when I was creating a field group in what you call “backend”, but I was facing the same errors. None of them are existing anymore and the field groups created now suddenly appeared as well.
At this moment there is only one question open, related to the empty field mentioned – I don’t have any errors anymore, but I would like to know if the field in question is to be left empty. As per your request, I have circled what I am referring to.

Further issues experienced:
none of the templates appear under the settings of product data, even though the templates are published and not as “draft”
Dear Mr. Stef,
I did not follow any instruactions, since you did not provided any, in order to test it on my own. Which is why I posted this topic.
Has the company/owner made any attempts to solve the issue and if so, what are the solutions? I am not going to remove anything from “hardening” sections, since I am no technician and I don’t even know what it means.
Has the plugin owner made any attempts to test this input?
Are there any solutions to the situation?Because so far I am being ask to provide the URL of the site, but no solutions.
Regards,
ssstil
Dear Mr. Stef,
I did not solve the problem. I wanted to know, if the plug in creators have tested the option of removing that setting in the “hardening” option and if it is safe to use, since I am no technician.
Due to privacy reasons, I can’t publish the site.If necessary, I will use the contact form to send the URL, but it seems to be a general issue, not just one-person related.

ssstil

In reply to: [WooCommerce] multiple WooCommerce issuesAfter 2 hours of several attempts, I reconnected my jetpack acocunt and managed to get a successful test, including the fowarding to the correct page, without error.
Please let me know what to do next. It seems to be theme related, I use Vibra (Theme Forest)

In reply to: [WooCommerce] multiple WooCommerce issuesDear Mr. Moses M.
I cannot put the payment on test mode, due to following issues> this is how the payment site looks like
https://snipboard.io/8BUygF.jpg
when I click on complete payment, it seems that the payment settings are completed

But whenever I click on “to to overview” or “close this window” the same window pops up while the woocommerce payment settings appears the same as in the first image, as incomplete

In reply to: [WooCommerce] multiple WooCommerce issuesin addition I just noticed further issues while on staging site:
despite both stripe and godaddy payments being enabled, the store site (the one reccomended by you, storefront) does not show any payment methods available. Stripe and godaddy appear as enabled.
The message appearing on the check out page und payments is:
There are no payment methods available. Please contact us for help placing your order.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] multiple WooCommerce issuesDear Mr. Moses M,
I cannot proceed with your request, due to an error – while the settings of the wooPayments show as complete, I am constantly being forwarded to an incomplete payment state. I haven’t encountered this issue on the main page. Even with godaddy payments being enabled, the issue still persists. Godaddy support says it is an issue with your plugin and not on their end.
I don’t have this issue on the main page.Since it is not possible to upload images to this conversation – after this information:
You’re ready to accept payments!
Great news — your WooPayments account has been activated. You can now start accepting payments on your store.Go to Payments Overview
ORClose this window
no matter what I click (close window, or payments overview) a window pops out immediately with the same information over and over again.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] multiple WooCommerce issuesDear Mr. Moses M,
2) In case you have not noticed, I already specified the plug that I had to deactivate, after I lost hours trying to figure out which one it is.
It is not an issue with that plugin and it’s not the autor of that plugin I should contact, since WooCommerce is the only plug in not being able to handle the other plugin.
Your colleague asked me to provide the error I received, and that you will be looking into it. The plugin is called “WP activity log”, I copy pasted the error I received in the previous messages.4) Your colleague was at least kind enough to offer me a “ready-to-use” snippet for the checkout field editor, therefor I am kindly asking again to be provided with the snippet/code in question.
5) There is no error recorded. I have just made a new attempt as a test, the order went through, I receive the confirmation email, but I still get a 404 page not found error.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] multiple WooCommerce issuesDear Mr. Sai,
- It is too complicated for me to create the SPF record mentioned. I had to change the email address completely. No, the domain address in the post SMTP was of course different than the store’s email address
- the error received while the plug in was active , I removed the site name and some other information

3. manually editing all email templates isn’t a solution. Not only would I have to search within hundreds of words to find for example “Hi”, but there is no guarantee it would edit the template correctly. This is one of the issues I was referring to. Years ago it was just a button and one could edit the templates on the spot. It goes beyond comprehension, as to why this feature has been removed.
I assume there is no other solution, like via a plugin, that could solve the problem in a more simple way?4. I have added the checkout field editor plugin, if you could kindly provide me with the ready-to-use snippet mentioned, it would be much appreciated.
5. yes, the order received field looks exactly like this: “order-received”. Still, I get a 404 error page not found, after the test transaction was completed.
