So basically if you have 340 clients inside your crm you must go through all clients on a daily basis to check if they send you emails? This is a major flaw if you ask me. There must be a clear overview somewhere of incoming emails. Other then that I like the software but I’m starting to second guessing to buy it now unfortunately.
And secondly, why isn’t it possible for employees and departments to manage their own email accounts inside the software. I use my main email adres support@ but I think that you should also be able to add hr@ for human resources and sales@ for quote requests etc.
Is there a possibility that you guys add this?
