In reply to: How to change site name displayed in emailsHi James!
I’ve done the reconnect. Can you check to see if the sync worked?Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: How to change site name displayed in emailsOkay – I was looking on my site Dashboard – and it does say Thistle Designs in the Site Title, and the Site Address & WordPress Address both read https://thistledesigns.ca
So – should I go ahead and disconnect/reconnect from Jetpack? (and it won’t break my site!) (can you tell I’m out of my depth here? Are you getting extra pay for dealing with me?!)

In reply to: How to change site name displayed in emailsYeah, that’s my old site name.
Yes, when I check on WordPress.com, my site name is reading my new name, Thistle Designs. Should it be reading thistledesigns.ca ? (currently not showing the .ca)
If the name is okay as is, I’ll go ahead & disconnect/reconnect – that’s okay to do, even though it gives me a dire warning message?

In reply to: How to change site name displayed in emailsWell James, that is ironic! I did reach out to Jetpack yesterday, but haven’t had a reply yet.
My site is https://thistledesigns.caForum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: How to change site name displayed in emailsSo even though the email sender name shows ‘oldblogname’[email protected] – that email (of my new post) isn’t coming from WP?
Would it be from Jetpack, or Mailchimp?
Thanks in advance for your help!
