I have confirmed that all caching by my host is disabled and cloudflare is also disabled. The issue persists, however.. There is nothing in Paid memberships pro that could be causing some sort of caching?
@halfmack, you don’t have to pay to remove this fee. You can simply set it to 0 via this code:

Install code snippets plugin and run the above code with the plugin. It will remove the additional 2% fee PMP is gifting themselves.
