Doh…it’s a problem with my custom theme (tried a different theme and pretty permalinks work fine).
I’ve tried several different slugs, but thanks for getting back to me…I will get back to you if I find a solution in the next few days and mark this resolved.

I was not aware Amazon had opened a store for India…of course I’m thrilled to support it. First I need to verify that the protocols I am using to access Amazon support it, and if they do I will add support in the next version of my plugin. Thank you so much for pointing this out to me!
