We can look at adding a checkbox of some kind in the future. Right now we’re focused solely on bugfixes. But once we get those all sorted, we can take a look at adding some features like this.

You could also add some sort of note into the page just below that says something like “by submitting this form you agree that the submitted information will be stored on this website and may be displayed publicly.” I’m not a lawyer (and this is not legal advice), but my understanding is that something like this could be GDPR compliant, since they have to click the submit button to agree. Most solutions are going the ultra-safe route of having a checkbox. But something like this might work.

Thanks so much for this @igalbauch. That’s the kind of support we’re aiming for. We realize that a great WordPress plugin is a whole lot more than just the code, UI, and functionality.
