It was easier than I thought, in General Settings > Layout Style > Separate > and then I was able to change the content padding.
Thanks for guiding me in the direction which resulted in the answer!

In reply to: [OceanWP] Blog Post Content Left/Right PaddingPerhaps if I created a left sidebar and didn’t put anything in it, would this be a solution?
I did try to put a sidebar, but both sidebars went to the bottom of the page (I did make sure that all of the content widths were okay, but it wouldn’t bring the sidebars up where they were supposed to be.
