Hi Krystian,
The “confusion” for us is that we receive an email saying that we have a failed order. As discussed, this order can then not be found.
I’m not sure what the customer sees, but they contact us saying that they have been unable to place an order. Unfortunately, customers generally fail to be able to give any detail regarding errors etc.
This issue appears to have started happening around three weeks ago. As far as I am aware, we had not made any changes.
You said in your initial response that you would be communicating with development. Is that purely to address the failed order email being sent?

However, usually, when a payment fails, the order is stored in Woo as a Failed order and the buyer is able to retry payment using another payment method. Surely this should still be the case?

Thank you for your response. I’m aware of the option to delete orpahned variations. However, I wanted to list them before doing so. When I performed an export, nothing was showing, whhereas I was expecting to see 244 orphans due to an error that I had made during an import.
My issue is now resolved. However, i’d still like the ability to list orphans.Have a great day!
