I have the same issue on some sites, turned off plug-ins to check for compatibility issues but no change.

My apologies, my wording might not be correct. My product feed shows up excellent on the computer desktop however I can’t seem to get it on mobile devices. I don’t know if I’m doing something incorrectly with my google listing or am missing something in the plug-in.

Yes I did update, and sadly the issues still remain. I will watch the thread closely as I have currently needed to turn off the UM plug-in, and I miss it badly.

In reply to: [Anti-Malware Security and Brute-Force Firewall] Plugin file does not exist.I had a similar issue. the GDPR malware actually attaches to your DB, so even if you do get everything installed and then cleaned up the malware will once again take over your system, this includes wordfence, it also blocked many plug-ins from working. Ask your host company to run a scan on your DB or contact comodo (or whatever security company) to get that cleaned. then install and run the GOTML plug in. I run this and wordfence on ALL my sites now. once my db was cleaned everything else was a breeze. Good luck!

That has been corrected and your plug-in cleaned up the mess the malware created beautifully. I will highly recommend this. Thank you for your quick offer to assist. Much Gratitude!

Thank you for the reply, we actually just switched to a new server with a higher apache than the previous. Things thus far are running much smoother. The mobile issue remained so for now I have it off and will look into it further. I appreciate your time and will let you know if I find anything that might be helpful.Regards!
Initially I’m not sure, I installed in the evening and then checked again two days later and it was working. when the button to retrieve info is clicked now it’s almost instant. I don’t know what the error was on the initial (as seen in image above) but perhaps it takes time for google to talk to the program?
Dont know if that helps, but I appreciate the follow through.
