I’m have the same issues with reviews not showing on Google. From what I can tell, I believe this plugin is abandoned as no one seems to be replying or addressing several issues from users, by nuance media.
Regrettably this seems to be an abandoned plugin with zero support 🙁
I am having similar issues where my header slider completely disappeared after inserting a Elementor Pro footer! I am using the latest Sydney Theme… had a header slider loaded and inserted a Elementor Pro Template and bang! header slider (and site menu gone!)
