That’s strange because what you see in my comment above is just a copy&paste of what is reported by GTMetrix. I just covered the numbers with letters.
It’s either GTMetrix that is not reporting correctly or Mailmunch. Should I assume you are saying that GTMetrix report is not correct? I would follow up with them

I guess it was a glitch. Yesterday I tried through different browser, including Incognito mode, and platforms, mobile etc. It did not work
Today it works, no worries.
I guess just a temporary glitch. I will check it in the coming week

At the moment I have configured it to be

4 seconds, 0 days
This is just a testing mode. I will change it to different values (45,7) when the issue is fixed
