In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Mobile redirection Showing on DesktopSorry for the late reply.
I’m still having the same redirection issue upon update of the AMPforWP plugin to its 0.9.59 version.
My permalink structure is: http://www.optiderma.com/%category%/%postname%/
The category base is: skin-health
The tag base is by default (empty)
What can I do to get this AMP redirection working properly?
Thanks,
StéphaneForum: Plugins
In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Mobile redirection Showing on DesktopNot 100% sure but if you’re talking about AMP › Getting Started › SEO › Advanced Index & No Index Options › Categories… then it is set on “index”

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Mobile redirection Showing on DesktopThanks for following up Marqas,
Yes, plugin updated to its latest version (0.9.54.2, as of today)
The redirection behaviour is super random and seems to change every day. It’s frustrating to have absolutely no control over it.
As of right now (and it may be different in 30 min.) the following page redirects to its AMP version while viewing from a desktop, which isn’t normal:

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Mobile redirection Showing on DesktopThanks for your answer,
My plugins are set on auto-update and I’m running version 0.9.53 of your plugin, which appears to be the latest version, am I right?
However, the auto-redirect toward AMP versions of posts seems to be kinda random. If you visit our homepage (https://www.optiderma.com/amp/) you’ll see that some links are auto-redirecting and some don’t. Ans it seems to change from one day to another (it’s been 3 days that I’m monitoring it).
Anything else I can do to improve that “redirection rate”?
Thanks,

In reply to: [AMP for WP - Accelerated Mobile Pages] Mobile redirection Showing on DesktopAfter having switched the “mobile redirection” setting to OFF 2 days ago, and back ON yesterday (24h ago), it’s the opposite behaviour I get now: no more auto-redirection to AMPs!
As of now, on the following AMP, the internal links (links to the same optiderma.com domain) are not redirecting to their AMP counterparts (except the related posts):
https://www.optiderma.com/articles/best-antifungal-foods-anti-candida-diet/amp/
I’ve cleared browser cache, as well as ClouldFlare cache, but it still doesn’t seem to work…
Thanks,

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] z-index issue on Samsung Galaxy tabletsIndeed, the problem comes from a conflict with my theme… I don’t know what’s wrong yet but I’ll figure it out. I should have tried that before. I guess it’s how we learn. Thanks for pointing it out and sorry to have lost your time. Keep up the good work!! Thanks!

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] z-index issue on Samsung Galaxy tabletsI removed the blank line but it doesn’t seem to have changed anything, at least in BrowserStack. I don’t know if the service caches content or not though. When emulating the 2 galaxy tablets, on a page with an active fancybox, I can’t seem to be able to scroll down the page to observe the behaviour you were talking about.
If you think it may help to test on your Samsung device I can easily re-activate FancyBox for small screens.
Thanks

In reply to: [Firelight Lightbox] z-index issue on Samsung Galaxy tabletsThanks for the response RavanH.
I’ve tried what you suggested but the problem persists. It seem to affect different models of Galaxy and Prestigio tablets… please let me know if you have a chance to test it on physical devices, as I personally used BrowserStack service (which is usually reliable).
This URL can be tested, as it shows this “overlay/z-index” problem when the in-page photos are clicked: http://www.fathompaddleguiding.ca/blog/5-day-georgian-bay-sup-trip-report/
Thanks.

In reply to: [Admin Menu Editor] Doesn't seem to work with 3.8.1Thanks for the clarification Janis. Maybe this should be mentioned somewhere in the plugin so people know what to expect from the free version while validating their changes. Thanks.

In reply to: [Global Content Blocks] Icon doesn't appear in editor toobarUPDATE: I found the problem. It was the “Easy Bootstrap Shortcodes” plugin that interferes with “Global Content Blocks” and takes its place in the editor toolbar. Bummer.
