Thanks for your professional remarks.
I have checked that after making a purchase they will redirect to a thank-you/order received page.
The problem is that it seems is just tracking direct bank transfer transaction and not tracking credit card transaction.
I will be appreciated if you may have any clues about it. Please let me know if you need further information.

After I installed the GTM plugin, I believe there is already data layer pushed or do I need to manually create the code and push the data layer to the website ?
It is still not tracking the transaction data.
