I scrolled many pages to the bottom of your plugin and found the “plain text download” button.
I got your importer installed and it gives this error:
Got HTTP code 403 from http://posterous.com/api/2/sites/?api_token=CglsrqheeigInlfBkmyHypByCspDCGzB
I have no clue what that means. Can you shed any light on what to do?

How do you download your importer?
I thought I’d just copy and paste all the text at the link you provided, but it copies the line numbers too.
Do you have a location where the .php file is held?
