I’m about to upgrade PHP to a more recent version. Sounds as if there might be problems with version 8.3. Is that the case? Even if the site doesn’t crash as a result of the upgrade, it still needs to be backed up …

I left a comment in this thread because the problems seemed similar. I’m happy to report that the problem I encountered has been resolved in the latest updates to Event Tickets and The Event Calendar. I think I’ve noted this in the other thread.

Yes, after applying the latest updates of The Event Calendar and Event Tickets, I was able to purchase a ticket myself this morning without any error messages appearing. My credit card was charged, I showed up in the Orders list, and I received an email receipt. A little while later one of our members purchased a ticket as well without any problems. So as far as I can tell, the system is now working again.

In reply to: [Event Tickets and Registration] Error when trying to pay for ticketI think I’ve encountered the same (or very similar) issue. There have been newer versions of The Event Calendar and Event Tickets today. The release notes sound as if they address this issue, but I am not certain.
