In reply to: [The Events Calendar] STUPID menu item “Liquid Web”To get rid of the unwanted sales page from Liquid Web, I created a snipet, set to only run on admin page. Now I am off to give some concessions to my client to hopefully keep them after this unwanted obtrusion into their website:
add_action(‘admin_menu’, function () {
remove_menu_page(‘lw-software-manager’);
}, 999);Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [The Events Calendar] STUPID menu item “Liquid Web”the final word form Liquid Web support: Unfortunately, I am unable to help you further. With that, I would have to close this chat. Hope you have a good day.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] STUPID menu item “Liquid Web”@bordoni Hours later support answered. They have no answer. I’m now left explaining to my client that a company we don’t use installed software (malware?) on their site, and that what I charge them for security is justified. Liquid Web needs to take their malware and go away! HOW DO I GET RID OF IT?!

In reply to: [The Events Calendar: Category Colors] Category Colors Are Not SavingSame problem with me. I updated a few categories, but the colors are gone. The one category I did not edit still has it’s colors, but not the edited ones or new ones. A fix is needed.

In reply to: [The Events Calendar] Cannot access my account on theeventscalendar.comWhat is the resolution though? Yours started working, mine did not.
Still no answer. I should have come here and read before I paid for this plugin.
Where is the support thread on your website? All I see is the link for user manual and that goes to an “Under Construction” page.
EDIT: I logged in to your page and the support link brought me right back here.
