Got that, thanks for the update.
Thanks @d0153,
Hmm, I’m still seeing the notice referencing this plugin on some sites runing WP6.7.1 and TEC6.8.2.1 on my development environment but see you’ve made this change to the plugin a few weeks back.
Any ideas if something else could be triggering the notice?

Thanks John, appreciated.
Also seeing this notice on WP6.7+ from Breadcrumb NavXT if WP_DEBUG is true.
Hoping an upcoming plugin update will resolve the issue.

https://stackoverflow.com/a/79198702I’ve only been using this great plugin for a few weeks but in my case the stats generated are not accurate either so I’ve disabled them – my weekly summaries always show that 0 emails have been sent in the previous week when hundreds have come through.

Stable tag: 1.6.3If you’re seeing this in another plugin as well it may well be something else that’s causing the issue. As mentioned previously the culprit in our case was our server-level malware scanner.

In reply to: [Classic Editor] Sudden unexplained deletion of classic-editor.php?Agh, have found out more – scratch that previous response.
More likely in our case it was the malware scanner on our server reporting false positives.

@azaozz this leads me to speculate about what may have happened, in my case at least. We’d recently migrated the affected sites to a server running LiteSpeed and I believe this was messing with wp-cron.php and hence plugin auto updates which could well be the culprit here.

In reply to: [Classic Editor] Sudden unexplained deletion of classic-editor.php?Thanks @azaozz, really appreciated. It’s a weird one.
In my case same deal: the
classic-editorplugin directory remained but theclassic-editor.phpfile was missing, across eight different sites.Common plugins on those sites

In reply to: [Classic Editor] Sudden unexplained deletion of classic-editor.php?Similar issue on a number of sites.
The plugin
Plugins pageclassic-editor/classic-editor.phphas been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.Deleting via ftp and reinstalling in the backend seemed to fix.
Or https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/disable-gutenberg/ appears to be a workaround.
Need to know the cause and if there’s a vulnerability here.

Thanks @wpexpertsio and @furqanfazal, love your work.
A bit hard to find but you can turn if off via the Activity Report tab in Settings > Logs.
This is a great plugin. I agree that this feature would be better as opt-in – any chance of that @wpexpertsio?
Thanks for the info and update @chriscct7 – much appreciated.
