ありがとうございます！
WooCommerceのバージョンは、6.7.0 (7/22時点で最新版)です。
他の事例ですが、
大阪府の郵便番号 → 大分県になります。
よろしくお願いいたします。

同じく。
チェックアウトページ、マイアカウントページの請求先住所と配送先住所にて、
長野県の郵便番号を入力すると以下のような現象が発生します。
・都道府県フィールドで「長崎県」が選択される
・市区町村フィールドに「長野県○○市」のように都道府県名がダブって入力される

Yes, the issue has been solved after I changed the translation of “User Registration” back to the original.

The same here on 2.1.4.
I’m getting the following error on the front end when I try to submit the form.
