I was looking into it myself and noticed that I just completely missed a database table.
By migrating my local installation to my online installation (with a plugin) it didn’t migrate the ticket thread table (which is why obviously nothing of the ticket history worked).

I have another small question though:
– Is it possible to merge tickets? (For example when two tickets are about the exact same topic)
– Can I change the permissions a specific userrole has on the ticketing system? (For example making a role that can view all tickets but not respond on it)
