Were you ever able to figure it out? Having the same issue (nothing getting posted to Constant Contact) myself…

Any ideas on this one? I’ve tried using the Constant Contact for WordPress plugin – but it’s forms are no where near the quality of what I’m looking for. This appears to be my one option – but still no luck on getting it operational.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
