But I’m a bit confused about providing a snapshot using https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/all-in-one-wp-migration/ because there’s no snapshot option in that plugin.

Thank you for responding, I really appreciate it. I am using blocksy free and Blocksy Companion free. You’re right, the URL parameter indeed doesn’t cause a 404 on the page as I mentioned earlier, but it does create thousands of alternate pages with proper canonical tags, disrupting the canonical page crawling process.

#1: When Blocsy Companion is activated and I access a URL ending with /?, and view the HTML source, there is code like this:

<input type="hidden" name="redirect_to" value="https://mysite.com/mycategory/my-post-title/?">

causing Google to crawl these URLs and mark them as alternate pages with proper canonical tags. This doesn’t happen when Blocsy Companion is not active.

# 2: Alright, thank you for confirming that the issue is not from the Blocksy theme.

#3: For example, if I edit the layout in the customizer and then publish it, sometimes Blocsy fails to load themes css (if I inspect the element, the css shows a 404 error), causing the page to become messy. This doesn’t last long, usually 1-2 minutes, and when I refresh the page, it returns to normal. It’s not a serious issue, just a minor annoyance when it happens.
