I had a look at the support forums and there have been a few posts from people with the same issue who have had to figure out the issue themselves due to delayed responses or you not having the time (this is not a criticism, I’m sure nobody expects you to work on wordpress plugins 24/7).
None of the threads in the support forums explain how to fix issues (whether by you or the original poster), so there is not much to be gained from there to help me.
You mentioned that those types of bugs will be fixed in the next ‘big update’ that you will be pushing, so when that happens, I will happily try it out again if you could notify me, and consider changing my review should it fix the issues that currently reside with the plugin, but as it stands, I find it unusable, and therefore, the plugin is 1 star in my opinion.
