About slow responses, we always try to send a reply to all tickets within 24 hrs. Our support hours are also mentioned on our website. We also inform our customer if there will be a delay in support with reason.
In your case, we’ve received the confirmation about the resolution of the issue after a week.
Some issues are technically complex, which appear only in very niche case. In such cases, the most time goes in finding the exact problem. You’ll agree that it took time to find that the issue is only happening when WPML Translation Management plugin is activated. After knowing the reason we worked on it & provided you the fix which you confirmed that it worked.
The other problem related to pop-up, when we wanted to work on it, you told us to give priority to the WPML issue first. After resolving WPML related issue, we shared the error message that we are getting related to the pop-up issue, but I’m still waiting for your response on our last email which we sent on 16th Aug 2018.
We are always ready to resolve any issue related to our plugin, sometimes we may need your help in accessing the site. We’ve even fixed the issue which is appearing due to other plugins, but we never refuse to fix an issue.
We think it’s unfair to give lower rating even after resolving an issue & willing to resolve all the issues with the plugin. It’s not correct to rate a plugin lower because the issue is not resolved quickly. Sometimes delays can happen due to the complexities of the issue. Resolution of an issue is directly related with the intensity of the issue.

Would request you to kindly try reproducing the same issue by having only Smart Reporter and WP-eCommerce plugins active on your site and then do let me know your views on the same.
Would like to update you that we have mailed you the zip file containing the fixes for the same Smart Manager issue along with the steps as to how to have the same fixes updated on your site. Request you to kindly have a check with the same and then do let us know your views.

I checked and was able to reproduce the same Smart Manager issue of custom ‘Tax Classes’ not editable with Smart Manager Beta.
Further, I have investigated and resolved the same issue. So, request you to kindly raise a support ticket by simply mailing the same request at ‘support(at)storeapps(dot)org’ and I will send you a copy of the fixes for the same issue.
The same issue is not related to Smart Manager plugin. Request you to kindly contacting WooCommerce support team or the woocommerce mobile assistant plugin support team.

We can confirm that NONE of the reviews are paid or advertised. You can recheck this by either visiting their profiles randomly or connecting with the reviewers.
Coming to the usefulness of the plugin, we agree the free version has few features than the premium but that doesnβt nullify the fact that the free version is useful. It only depends on what you want to achieve and whether that feature is available within the free or the premium. Having said that, we would like to have a chance of understanding your requirement and helping you achieve it.

Would like to update you that we have fixed the issue of ‘_price’ not getting updated on update of ‘_regular_price’ or ‘_sale_price’ using Smart Manager Beta in the latest version of Smart Manager [v3.18.0].
Request you to kindly update to the latest version and then have a recheck with the same issue and do let us know your views on the same.

With regards to the auto-update failing and reverting the plugin to Lite version, there can be multiple reasons for the same like your site not connected to StoreApps or your license getting expired or your server could be blocking any of the calls to StoreApps.org, etc.
Secondly, with regards to getting the latest copy of Smart Manager, the support team had already provided you with the version of Smart Manager Pro that was latest as per your license period i.e. Smart Manager v3.17.0 was released on 02/April/2018 and your Smart Manager license expired on 27/March/2018 & hence you are not eligible for the same version. The date in the changelog is in DD/MM/YYYY format.
