We have resolved the issues related to continuous scrolling and have improved it. Can you please update Smart Manager to the latest version (4.3) and give it a re-try.

Yes, Smart Manager is WordPress multisite compatible! you can surely edit the WordPress users using Pro version of Smart Manager.
Also, just to update you that Smart Manager will let you manage only the users of the particular network site from the dashboard of which it is getting accessed.

Also, this support forum is only for Smart Manager Lite (i.e. Free version) and not the paid version.

Have you activated News Announcement Scroll plugin on your multi-site install as Network Activate OR activate on a particular sub site?
Would like to update you that using the revamped new Smart Manager you cannot open the order edit page from Smart Manager, and the same is in the roadmap and we will add support for the same soon.
However, you can surely access the same functionality using Smart Manager Old which can be accessed simply by clicking on ‘Switch to Smart Manager Old’ link on top of the Smart Manager grid.

Hi,
Currently, using Smart Manager you can delete only the selected visible records in the grid which is by default set to 100. Further, you can surely increase the number of records visible on per page in the grid by simply setting an option in the database as described in the 1st FAQ here.
Request you to kindly do have a check with the same and do let me know your views.
Also, we do have plans to include support for deleting the entire store in single click in the future versions.

Would like to update you that the same lines are simply PHP Warnings and will not hamper your site or the plugin functionality in any way. Further, I have fixed the same warnings and it would be included in the next release of Smart Manager.
Also, I have mailed you a copy of the pre-release copy of the fixes on your email id. Request you to kindly have a recheck with Smart Manager functionality after making the same changes and do let me know your views.
@konnor85 We know that we weren’t the swiftest but this took time to resolve as we were unaware of the source of the issue. Also, we did not want to give you a quick time being fix but provide you a lasting solution after investigating and testing thoroughly, which we did.
And thanks to you, we will be releasing it in our upcoming release as well.
So we hope you understand and acknowledge these facts.
