Thats strange, have you tried to restart the app?
It should be recognized buy clicking the refresh button next to the dropdown list of your shops or when switching shop.
Also be sure that the plugin is both installed AND activated.
If this does not help, please deactivate your plugins one after another until it works, then please let us know which plugin causing you trouble (or theme).
