The client renewed the hosting and I contacted GoDaddy, but they said that they don’t have the backup as it has been more than 30 days since the hosting expired. It would also cost $149.99 to restore it even if they had the backup so that was pretty much out of the question anyway. I guess we’ll have to start over. Thank you for your help!
Hi, thank you so much for taking the time to look into it! I only see a blank page when I visit the site, so learning that the domain is parked really helps. Does this mean that I can get the site up and running again as it was if the owner renews the registration?
