  • Agreed. WordFence reveals, still getting hit with login attempts.

I don’t see a response to Daniel’s question. I have the same issue. I use WordFence to protect our site. our website can experience as much as 6000 login attempts a month from around the world. So I learned about WPS Hide Login and installed it. For about three weeks, I received no failed attempts to login. Then suddenly, the hacking efforts started all over again; thousands a week. So I changed the WPS Hide Login settings to a new path, but this time, it did not matter, the hacking continued as though nothing was being hidden.

Here is the WordFence info while WPS Hide Admin is running :
A user with IP address 198.186.130.214 has been locked out from signing in or using the password recovery form for the following reason: Used an invalid username ‘WhoAdminKnows’ to try to sign in.
    User IP: 198.186.130.214
    User hostname: vm-websrv-4.client328.ambyrenodes.net
User location: Frankfurt am Main, Germany

Can someone help us with this?

Please close this support thread. I found I have a certificate issue with the website in question. Nothing to do with the WPS Hide Login plugin.
