Hi Dholloran,

I´d love to know if there´s an option to add a parameter to the ajax file uploader.
I want to achieve that the user can choose a existing category and that get´s saved as a global variable or as attachment meta. I´m using the automatic featured image post plugin and I want to pass the category Id to the post generation function so it assigns the generated posts to the category chosen by the user.
