    … and I found the problem.

    LiteSpeed Cache > Cache > [6] Object > Object Cache Settings
    I didn’t have a Memcached or Redis server defined. Turning off Object Cache or properly setting up my object caching server fixed the issue.

    Would it be worth adding this as a note to the kb article, in case someone else encounters similar issues?

    Thanks again. I’m glad to know that I have the excludes set up as recommended in the kb article, and that my other issues are resolved now, too.

    Thank you for the link to the LiteSpeed Cache kb article.

    I have managed to verify that the issue is being caused by the LiteSpeed plugin as tickets work perfectly fine when I deactivate the plugin. Now the trick will be getting Tickets working when LS is active. I tried implementing the recommended settings in the kb article, but I’ll have to do some more troubleshooting as the settings alone didn’t resolve the issue.
