In reply to: [Google Analytics for WooCommerce] Price data not sent to Google Analytics.Hey @skredlemon,
Setting up, tracking and diagnosing custom goals using Google Analytics is out with what we could offer support for with regards to the WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration itself.
That said I do have a custom goal for the checkout page configured on my own test Google Analytics account and the data is being passed to that when an order is processed by a customer. The plugin version installed on my test installation is v1.5.4.

From what you’ve described is seems like something on the particular website you’re configuring is potentially preventing the data from being passed to Google. I’d suggest investigating that possibility first of all as a starting point to diagnose this behaviour.
Hi @misopaper,
Thanks for your feedback.
Looking at your ww.wp.xz.cn forum profile I’m not seeing any support topics created by you for the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway plugin. If you’re experiencing some strange behaviour with the plugin our team will be happy to help and take a closer look for you.
To open a support topic related to the WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway you can do so from this support firm below.
https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce-gateway-paypal-express-checkout/
The WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Payment Gateway is also being replaced by the new WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin, if you’d like to try that plugin instead you can download that from the page below.

I hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Problems in EdgeHi @stevegayler,
I loaded your site today using Windows 10 using the latest version of the Edge Browser and I’m not initially experiencing any behaviour like you describe when doing so.
I loaded several product pages, added some products to the cart and proceeded through the cart/checkout pages. When doing so I could scroll down those pages almost instantly. Below is an animated screenshot I grabbed for us when testing using Microsoft Edge.

Is there a particular page or process that should be followed on your site to replicate the described behaviour?
Hey @walterodibi,
I was able to detect that Elementor Pro is the plugin causing the problem.
Looking at your site today for us the GooglePay and ApplePay buttons are actually displaying on the product pages. Something within your WordPress theme or Elementor however is affecting those buttons and making them a very small vertical line.
Image Link: https://cloudup.com/cK1mGa-1qqx
This is not a compatibility issue related to the Stripe plugin but rather an issue with the WordPress theme you’re using or the Elementor plugin.
We wouldn’t offer support for any WordPress themes or page builder plugins like Elementor Pro and it’s the Elementor team themselves who would need to assist you further to see what within their plugin is preventing the ApplePay and GooglePay buttons from displaying correctly.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway] Payment form on seperata pageHey @silvo37
Like if the payment gateway doesn’t support inline, only redirection.
I’m saying simulate because the customer would stay on the same domain it would just look like he was redirected for entering payment details..To clarify for you the Stripe plugin would not support any type of page redirects and the only option available for a customer to enter card details would be directly on the WooCommerce sites Checkout page.
It may be possible to have a developer create a custom solution for WooCommerce that would generate a new payment page the customer would be taken to and which would list all available payment gateways for the site.
If you would like to investigate that possibility further, you could reach out to some of the official WooCommerce development partners via the link below.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] How to add additional link in breadcrumbsHey @2nw9w7qb
For the default WooCommerce Breadcrumbs the breadcrumb path of a product URL would be Home > category-name > product-name and would not contain the word Shop.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] problem with woocommerce plugin in WordPressHey @samvelghumashyan,
I’ve performed some cross-testing for us today on several of my sites which have the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce and our free Storefront theme as the only enabled software. When doing so I’ve not been able to replicate the behaviour which you describe with the product data tab content not displaying.
Image Link: https://cloudup.com/cU3fxlMahh3
From what you have described, it seems like code from another plugin or theme has caused a possible conflict and affected the functionality of WooCommerce as it’s not behaviour that we can replicate on other WordPress installations.
To see if that is the case we’d suggest carrying out a conflict test on your site by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like Storefront. This will help with trying to and locate what software you have installed which could possibly be causing this behaviour? You could use a free plugin called Health Check and Troubleshooting to carry out such testing.
When in Troubleshooting mode all plugins will be deactivated and only the admin of the site carrying out the troubleshooting would see those changes. Any customers visiting the site would see no changes at all.
Once you have disabled all other plugins and switched themes if the behaviour is resolved you can then enable your theme and sites plugins testing after each one is enabled until the behaviour returns to locate the culprit.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Import products with imageHey @paja33,
As per the image import FAQ below.
https://woocommerce.com/document/product-csv-import-suite-faq-troubleshooting/
If you import images using URLs (http://), the image is copied from the URL into wp-content/uploads, added to the WP Media library and linked to the product. This can cause duplication if you import multiple times or reuse the same image for multiple products.
If the image already exists within the wp-content/uploads instead of importing that from a URL simply reference the existing image file in your CSV.
I hope this helps.
Hey @adityabajaj,
I’m not personally aware of any action or filters which could be modified to implement such a solution that I could reference.
If you’re familiar with writing PHP code you could however read through the code of the Square plugin to see if any such actions or filters are available to use and modify the functionality of the plugin via a snippet.
I wish I could help more, but hopefully, this gets you going in the right direction to get the job done.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] PayPal account not Synced with WooCommerceHey @jfteamvision123199,
Looking at the website of https://savinghawaiisforests.org/ I see this donate button on the homepage.

**Image Link:** https://d.pr/i/lgfGsKWhen inspecting that particular button it does not seem to integrate or originate from the WooCommerce plugin hence you would not see any orders in WooCommerce related to that after using it.
The sites system report shows the site for some reason has multiple PayPal Plugins installed, none of which seem to relate to that button on the homepage, however.
WooCommerce PayPal Payments Advanced Gateway: by WooCommerce ā 1.24.9 WooCommerce PayPal Checkout Gateway: by WooCommerce ā 2.1.3 Braintree for WooCommerce Payment Gateway: by WooCommerce ā 2.6.1 WooCommerce PayPal Payments: by WooCommerce ā 1.6.1The first step in diagnosing this would be to check on the site to ascertain exactly what the PayPal button is displaying on the homepage and figure out where that’s originating from.
I’d also look to see what has changed on the site in the past two weeks as your client by the looks of how many PayPal plugins are installed may have been changing lots of elements.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Facebook Events for Add to Cart Triggering Far Too MuchHi @clayburn,
You can use the free Facebook Pixel Helper for the Google Chrome Browser to see pixel data and events on a site.
It’s probably worth carrying out a conflict test on the site too and then try testing the events again.
You can perform a conflict test on your site by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce, Facebook for WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like Storefront. This will help with trying to and locate what software you have installed which could possibly be causing this behaviour?
Once you have disabled all other plugins and switched themes if the behaviour is resolved you can then enable your theme and sites plugins testing after each one is enabled until the behaviour returns to locate the culprit.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Deduplication issue on the Purchase EventsHey @andrea87n,
Facebook tries to deduplicate identical events sent through the Facebook pixel and the Conversions API. It does this by matching Event ID’s and eliminating duplicate or redundant information based on those.
Facebook can take some time to learn what events are matched over time hence you may get some deduplication messages on occasion. Looking at your site I can see that the checkout has the correct purchase events present.
You can use the free Facebook Pixel Helper for the Google Chrome Browser to see pixel data and events on a site.
I’d suggest marking the deduplication messages as resoved and see if those come back in a few days.
I hope this helps.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Error 502 when I want to access home page of woocommerce optionHi @alexeinporis,
I’ve performed some cross-testing for us today on several of my sites which have the latest versions of WordPress, WooCommerce v5.8.0 and our free [Storefront](https://ww.wp.xz.cn/themes/storefront/) theme as the only enabled software. When doing so I’ve not been able to replicate the behaviour which you describe with not being able to access the WordPress Admin > WooCommerce > Home page.
Image Link: https://cloudup.com/c8nAerpHiu6
This indicates that something isolated to either your WordPress installation or web hosting server is potentially causing this behaviour on your site.
For reference, a 502 Bad Gateway error is server related and you can read more about that web error message below.
https://kinsta.com/blog/502-bad-gateway/
Have you tried uploading a fresh copy of the WooCommerce plugin to your website overwriting the existing copy? If not I’d suggest trying that just in case any files have been corrupted.
If you find that uploading a fresh copy of WooCommerce does not resolve this for you I’d suggest carrying out a full conflict test again.
To carry out a full conflict test on your site you can do that by disabling all other plugins aside from WooCommerce along with switching to a theme like Storefront.
Once you have disabled all other plugins and switched themes if the behaviour is resolved you can then enable your theme and sites plugins testing after each one is enabled until the behaviour returns to locate the culprit.
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
If the behaviour persists within only WordPress, WooCommerce and a theme like Storefront enabled I’d possibly reach out to your hosting company and have them check your WordPress installation. It could be something related to the site migration you performed.
I hope this helps.
