+1 from me. It would be nice if we could provide an additional parameter to the shortcode saying what categories we wish to restrict that particular map to.
In the example above, on the beer pages you could have a shortcode that looks like
[wpsl categories="beer"]
on soda
[wpsl categories="soda"]
or for a combination, use some sort of delimiter:
[wpsl categories="beer|soda"]
That approach would solve my immediate problem anyway…
