Thanks for your super quick and detailed response. In answer to your debugging tips;
- The plugin is active. It’s working in all other browsers.
- I have checked my keys.
- I have been checking on IE11 where I have not logged into the site
- The markup for the plugin isn’t in the DOM on IE11 but is on all other browsers
- The ID’s are correctly set – screenshot
- I haven’t yet started this process but will later today. Before I do this can you think of any issues other users have had? I appreciate that plugin conflict is a common issue but the fact I’m getting no error messages in my console and that it is just happening in IE11 made me wonder if this is being caused by something else…
