In reply to: Zillashortcode: Text in toggle box gets overflows/cuts offYes, it’s a plugin. It was recommended by the theme creator. I downloaded it for free from: http://www.themezilla.com/plugins/zillashortcodes/

In reply to: Pageflow: Portfolio description fell under featured imageOut of curiosity I opened this up in Safari & Firefox and the issue appears to only happen in Chrome. Which is good news, but I feel like most people use Chrome. Any suggestions? If this is beyond the scope of the forum, let me know!

Thanks! I should be better about not changing the theme styles…
Awesome thanks! I saw that and played around with the spacing, but I didn’t think to just delete it. Worked like a charm. Thanks!

I’m slowing updating the wordpress after updating the PHP on the server. Do I need to make sure everything works before updating to the next level? I went from 2.0 to 2.2 ok, but I just did 2.3 and you’ll see that I got an error for retrieving the article on the homepage—I got a fatal error message.
However, now the actual posts pages are loading, which they weren’t doing before.

In reply to: Parts of WordPress site not showing up/missingI ran the infophp file and it says we’re on PHP 5.2.17.

In reply to: Parts of WordPress site not showing up/missingGoDaddy.
I wasn’t sure, so I just found this thread on GoDaddy:
No. Starting August 1, 2012 we are removing older versions of PHP from our Linux and Windows servers and replacing them with the newer version of PHP 5.3. These older versions of PHP are no longer supported, and have become outdated. PHP 5.3 is more stable, and most important, more secure.
So I checked and believe we’re using PHP4. I don’t know alot about versions…will it break my site if I just change it to PHP5?
Thanks so much esmi!!! I would never have thought of it and GoDaddy hadn’t either. I hope I’m on the right trail now.

In reply to: Parts of WordPress site not showing up/missingAnother update…
I have tried changing the htaccess file, restarting the plugins, adding a php.ini file, and switching to the default theme. Even with the default theme, it looked like it was showing up weird and I got error messages trying to open the post.
I can access the wp-admin fine, except for the theme editor and the plugins manager pages…Any idea what would affect these two files?
I wonder if the css file isn’t linked correctly as this thread refers to: http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/25-theme-editorphp-http-500-error?replies=10 but I don’t understand where I’m supposed to put the /* comment. Thoughts?
I’ve call our server host and he asked around to the tech guys and said they had no idea what was wrong. And that the database was connected correctly.
I am stumped.

In reply to: Parts of WordPress site not showing up/missingOk, I’m still reading some articles and it says it might have something to do with .htcaccess files. The only thing in that file is:
addhandler x-httpd-php-cgi .php addhandler x-httpd-php5-cgi .php5Is that normal?
