no, my Office365 mail account is set up directly in the plugin with smtp server, email and password. Should I use the extension to avoid this kind of issues?Regards,

But IMHO the problem is with auto numbering of orders – I use a plugin which manages sequential order numbers with ‘#’ sign at the beginning. Please take a look at this, maybe other users have this issue.
