FYI no it doesn’t happen with any of the other themes I use, including TwentyTen.
Apparently it’s only in the Atahualpa environment — and Atahualpa has a way of handling this situation that requires you to pointedly exclude that page (by ID#) from being in the menu. There is a field in the Atahualpa admin panel where you can add this ID number.
It’s fixed.

FYI
I use this plugin on several sites. The only site that is giving this warning message is the one where I’ve activated the plugin but haven’t pointed it to another URL.
