Hi @th0masp,
Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We’re pleased to hear you’ve found it easy to grow your sales with OptinMonster.
You mentioned you’d like to control/reduce the number of your campaign loadings, so I wanted to make sure you knew about our Display Setting options.
Our Display Settings allow you to control when your campaign will re-appear for visitors, depending on how they interacted with it. The default campaigns Display Settings are set to:
1. Allow the campaign to appear again in 30-days if a visitor does not convert (click the “Submit” button). Or
2. Allow the campaign to appear again in 365-days If the visitor opts in by completing the form fields.
You can adjust these for each of your campaigns or set them up globally. Learn more about these settings here: https://optinmonster.com/docs/how-optin-cookies-and-the-global-cookie-work-in-optinmonster/.
We’d be happy to chat more about this as well! Just reach out to our Support Team, and we’d be glad to lend a hand.
Thanks again for using OptinMonster, and here’s to your continued success!

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the community, @justinemorales 😊. I’m glad to hear you’re finding OptinMonster easy to use, and I appreciate your feedback on the mobile experience.
It’s true, we do recommend following industry standards by creating separate campaigns for mobile and desktop visitors.
The single most important reason to do this is that visitor behavior is different on each device. When you have separate campaigns for mobile and desktop, not only can you more effectively target your offers based on behavior, but you also get more accurate stats when reporting on campaign performance.
That said, here are two tips to make creating mobile campaigns easier:
Tip 1: Convert your desktop campaigns to a mobile-optimized template.
You can convert any existing campaign to be mobile-only by duplicating your desktop campaign and enabling the mobile pop-up option. See more on this here.
Tip 2: If you’d like to save time and show one campaign to both types of visitors, mimic the mobile experience.
Campaigns that work the best on desktops and mobile devices have content more vertically stacked rather than lots of columns where content may shift on smaller devices.
If you’d like to chat more about mobile design, please let us know! We are always here for you and look forward to helping you in every way we can!
Thanks again!

Hi @marbs,
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback about our free plan sign-up process. It sounds like there has been a miscommunication which is entirely on us. Let me clarify why a $168 invoice was prepared for your account.
While I couldn’t find your account to verify, it sounds like your campaign received quite a few views (congrats) and reached the free plan view limit. The free plan allows your campaigns to be shown 300 times.
When an account reaches its view limit, our system automatically upgrades it to the next plan level. However, you can adjust your pageview and upgrade preferences to ensure the card on file is not used if your account reaches its limits.
You can read more about those settings here – https://optinmonster.com/docs/pageview-and-upgrade-preferences/.
And if your card is charged unexpectedly, you can take advantage of our 14-day unconditional money-back guarantee.
That said, we could undoubtedly clarify what situations your card is used in and how to adjust your pageview and upgrade preferences during the sign-up process. I’ll share a few suggestions for improving this experience with our team this week.
We’re sorry OptinMonster didn’t work out for you and thank you again for sharing your feedback. Good luck with your future endeavors!
