Upgraded the theme, restored images, and re-saved theme settings.

This was a full cPanel transfer.
We moved the entire hosting account from one server to another.
There are several sites in that account, which are working fine, only this one has gone down. How do I access confing file to check settings?
Switching to default theme brings back all content.
Also, upgrading the theme starts showing content, however CSS settigns are not preserved.

It’s only when we moved the site to new host via full cPanel transfer and restore, it stopped working.
