I checked force name and email,
Still not working.
If I could do a suggestion, please install woocommerce and test to sent an note to the customer. As shown in the screencast.

In the overwrites, on the bottom of each shortcode settings, you can change title.
Click to let the template been overwrite by the plugin and then click edit. You can now edit directly.
Overwrites via ftp: theme-folder/woocommerce/wprshrtcd/product-reviews-title.php
My feeling is that there is a file that orders all the parts and you can edit the, that the product title shown at the end of the review.
If you could manage tell all here how you did please.

3. theme standard and plugins off during the video screencastIssue was already there on 8.0.23 and then when switched to 7.4.20 it was working again.
Still i have the feeling in need to change plugin because nearly non of the users i referred to the page are voting.
some guest mode should be there, like enter email address and then can vote…
democracy polls plugin only allow voting again on new browser, that is good enough for me.
It is a nice plugin with a lot of features, but in my eyes not yet a easy voting flow.
That is may the reason you are having 1000 active installs and https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/democracy-poll/ 10.000+this would lead to more pro versions sold.

2) You can always downgraded by downloading an older version here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/webinar-ignition/advanced/
3) give us details about the error debug.log or error.log or the mail from WordPress “since WordPress 5.2 built in feature to restore site”
Only not working or plugin breaking the site is not bring you closer to a working webinar.
