In reply to: [WooMobile] Can't use WooMobile Lite iPhone app with my storeHi Unicaluxury,
Your website is blocking XML-RPC. I’d recommend checking any security plugins to and your host to ensure they aren’t blocking it.

In reply to: [WooMobile] WooMobile doesn't work anymore – Lite version still doesHi there – sorry to hear it’s stopped working for you. I haven’t heard any similar cases at this stage.
I’d suggest deleting the app and redownloading it – this will clear out the internal data in case something has gotten corrupt.
If this doesn’t work get in touch with us on our Sudo Systems website and we’ll take a closer look at the issue 🙂

In reply to: [WooMobile] Can't use WooMobile Lite iPhone app with my storeHi Ed,
This usually occurs if something is blocking API access on your store.
Go to ‘yourstore.com/xmlrpc.php’ (substituting your own store details) in your browser. It should return ‘XML-RPC server accepts POST requests only.’ in plain text. If you see anything else then one of the following is likely occurring
- A plugin designed to block XML-RPC access is activated in your store
- Your .htaccess file is denying access to this path
- Your host has disabled access to this url
Let me know how you go.

In reply to: [WooMobile] customer dbHi There,
Thanks for your message. WooMobile currently pull all users, as your seeing.
Defining a customer gets a bit complicated as a user doesn’t necessarily need to have made a purchase.
We’ll look into adding an option to only show users who who have made a purchase in the next version.
Kind Regards,

In reply to: [WooMobile] Product serial barcode scanning & connect to orderHi Mathias,
Thanks for your suggestion 🙂 Is this functionality currently available in the web interface? If so, which plugin do you use?
Kind Regards,

In reply to: [WooMobile] Login time too longThanks for reporting this issue. I checked your website and it looks like your HTTPS is configured incorrectly – this means WooMobile is taking 20 seconds before timing out at trying HTTP.
If you’re not using HTTPS I would recommend turning it off. Alternatively, make sure HTTPS points to your regular website. This should fix this problem.
I’ll lower the timeout value in the next App version to help alleviate this issue.
