We have implemented ToC on our blogs for desktop successfully and it’s working fine.

We need to implement Sticky ToC only for mobile like in the screenshot attached. https://ibb.co/NxHv0K9
On mobile, this is not coming on all blog posts even those that have the ToC on desktop. Please find the screenshot with the CSS which shows how it’s enabled on mobile and hidden on desktop. https://ibb.co/Qd9zKZs
