Also, it should be noted that this is Not a problem with Theme Switcha plugin. Rather, the site environment Cache Rules cause it.
My guess is that some Cache plugins installed on the site has written new cache rules to the .htaccess file. Some Cache plugins do not remove these cache rules when they are uninstalled.
